Born on a real dance floor
VenueAide wasn't designed from guesses. It was built night after night inside Arts Ballroom in Philadelphia — a working wedding venue — with servers, bartenders, captains, and couples using every screen as it was made. When something didn't survive a real Saturday wedding, it was rebuilt until it did. That venue still runs on VenueAide today, and every new feature earns its place there first.
“The app handles everything from the first phone call to the last dance — so my team can take care of people, not paperwork.” — Ivan, owner, Arts Ballroom (VenueAide's first home)
