What this policy covers

This policy covers this marketing website only. The VenueAide application (app.venueaide.com) is used by venues under their service agreement, which includes its own privacy terms provided at signup.

What we collect on this site

• Nothing automatically identifying. We use no analytics cookies, no advertising pixels, and no third-party trackers on this site.
• What you send us. If you contact us (for a demo, or to apply as a founding venue), we receive your email address and whatever you write. We use it only to reply and follow up about VenueAide. We don't add you to mailing lists you didn't ask for, and we don't sell or share your contact information.
• Server logs. Our hosting provider (Vercel Inc.) keeps standard technical logs (IP address, browser type, pages requested) for security and reliability, under Vercel's privacy policy.

Cookies

This website sets no tracking cookies. That's why there's no cookie banner.

Your choices

Email us at inventoryartsballroom@gmail.com to ask what we hold about you, correct it, or have it deleted. For correspondence, deletion means we delete the email thread unless we're required to keep it for legal reasons.

Children

This site is for venue professionals and isn't directed at children under 13.
